Doctor Menocal has great bedside manner. We had wonderful rapport.
He seemed a little rushed, but since I was only in for a follow up and prescription refills I figured there were simply patients whose needs were more urgent. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up my refills however, I found that he had sent me with the incorrect prescription. Thankfully, I know what the generic should have been so I was able to catch the error before taking the wrong pills. I will not return, nor will I recommend anyone to his practice. A shame since his staff was very nice.
Dr. Menocal and his staff are excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I schedule my appointments first-thing in the morning and wait no time at all.
