The fact that you can't talk to anyone on the phone for help with scheduling is enough for me to find another dermatologist. For the last month, I have attempted to call and have sat on hold for no less than 10 minutes each time.
Julie is a wonderful kind doctor. I recommend her to anybody. She’s always happy when she comes in the room and always makes me laugh.
I just love her. She's thorough during the whole process and I Totally trust her expertise. Please see her for your skin, it's worth it.
