I've always nothing but the highest regard for Dr Tinney over the last 10 years she has kept me in a functional life and I will always be indebted to her for her trust In me. She is one of very few who is always ready and able to see you..good personality, nice demeanor, and extremely helpful. Soncy Marton, Bel Air,Md. I have been her patient for 10 years and have recommended friends of mine to her, they are lucky to see her.
I never got to work with Dr. Tinney but she came highly recommended and when I called the office I spoke with Carol who was extremely rude and abrupt and said they aren't taking new patients. She then hung up on me. I called back to ask if I could speak to the office manager and she said she was it. I told her she was very rude and she said she was not and not to call back again and hung up on me again. I'm sure Dr. Tinney is very good but this is a horrible representation of her office to speak to this woman as a first cont... read more
I highly recommend Dr. Tinney. She is professional, understanding, caring, and works like a medical detective to consider all diagnostic possibilities! I'd genuinely like to think that her receptionist is a kind person, and that perhaps she just struggles to present a warm and caring demeanor on the phone. I do understand that she needs an idea of the medical issue to complete the scheduling, but she often makes me feel uncomfortable with abnormally invasive questions. It's very frustrating, but not enough for me to leave Dr... read more
Doctor Tinney has the rudest receptionist ever. If you ask her to ask dr. Tinney a question she makes the decision if it’s important or not. Left Dr. Tinney due to the receptionist rude behavior. I’d always be scared to call the office because or her rudeness. Speaking with other patients many many have the same opinion. There are many reviews stating this .
Dr Tinney is very kind. She takes her time with you & never rushed through a visit. She is very thorough on explaining everything to you. She feels like family to me.
I love Dr Tinney...she's thorough and doesn't criticize. She's just so kind. I'm 67 years old & have my issues both physical and emotional and again...she's so kind and thorough and understanding. I completely trust her care.
Dr. Tinney is a caring , receptive doctor. She follows up personally on tests and answers all your questions. I seriously dislike being asked what my illness is when I call to make an appointment. I think asking that violates HIPPA. I was going to switch practices based on this, but I really like Dr. Tinney. Now, when asked, if its personal, I just make up something.
office staff is rude and unprofessional.
DR. Tinney is a great doctor I would recommended her to anyone. She is the doctor who found my problem when non other could I had a whole in my heart and ill never forget she is the one who figured that out!
