I was seen soon after my arrival and the appointment was efficient and as pleasant as a visit to the doctor can be.
Poor customer service and misleading information given.
Lots of push back when I voiced my own concerns, I felt pressured into tests invasive I know I didn’t need and she said “I’ll be down there anyway might as well,” felt very dismissive and judgmental, when I told her I had an anxiety disorder she said “I can tell with your anxious fidgeting,” she disregarded my concerns about birth control. It was honestly the most violating and invalidating experience I have ever had in a doctors office I left in tears and I won’t go back
