You will never be able to reach a nurse or talk to anyone. When you call it will tell you to go on the website or text to schedule an appointment. Very frustrating.
I am a single mom my finances are budgeted and very strict. With that being said, I went to go see Dr. Kennedy for a check up. I hadn't had a women's wellness check up for a long time so I scheduled a time to come back again when I could take another day off. When I arrived they told me they could not do the procedure because "I" didn't schedule the appointment correctly. So I would have to make another appointment. Dr. Kennedy is patient and listens to what I need.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kennedy for the last five years, and she’s been great! BSW sends you links ahead of time to do precheck in, and I’ve never had more than a few minutes wait for an appointment. Dr. Kennedy is knowledgeable and compassionate, and I will stick with her for years to come!
