The whole team of nurses are wonderful there, but Carlene and Dr. Drolet LISTEN to you and talk TO you, NOT above you. They took their time with me and explained things very clearly to me. They had a plan for me from the start and they’ve taken very good care of me! It’s nice to have a compassionate DR./CRNP, especially when dealing with feminine issues.
I had the sling surgery....very easy recovery and very dry now...no more leaks
Dr. Drolet was competent , professional and kind. I would highly recommend her.
This office runs with one physician, and several crnp's who seem very good, its private not owned by hospitals which is nice. The women are caring and understanding but I did feel they were somewhat pressed for time and on auto pilot (crnp) at times. They (dr and crnp's) are strict with their protocols and will tell you you cant cont' if you dont do what they request. Dr. Drolet and her staff have gone out of their way to explain what the issue is, what her solution is and what the long term prognosis is. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well being and would certainly recommend her to anyone.
When my GYN Dr. retired I was anxious about going to a new place. Dr. Drolet was recommended and I'm so glad. My first visit went very smooth, the entire staff treated me like family. Dr. Drolet diagnosed some issues I had, actually I felt like my issues were related to my older age. Not so said Dr. Drolet and after about 8 weeks I'm cured....no more 4 visits to the bathroom during the night. Highly recommend her, she take time with you and explains things like no other Dr.
Dr. Drolet takes her time with each & every woman customer. If you want to be rushed through an appointment or feel like just a number, Dr. Drolet isn't for you. I am 40 years old and this is the 1st office I've visited where I feel like part of the Women's Institute family with a team of professionals in my corner to help me through endometriosis.
Extremely competent, caring and professional. Everything from diagnosis to decision-making, surgical procedure and recovery topnotch - 100% satisfaction. A blessing really, to have been connected with such an outstanding individual.
Highly recommend. Takes her time explaining procedures. Decisions are made together and offers alternatives as she can to arm a patient with knowledge. Love this practice.
