Dr. Kao misdiagnosed my dad for several months and gave no real plan related to his diagnoses, basically told him to do nothing (terrible idea for an older person) no physical therapy prescribed and dismissed the root cause of what patient thought was actually wrong. We decided to get a second opinion and she was unable to refer to anyone else in her network-her office had poor follow up and ultimately a new doctor stated her diagnoses was wrong and ultimately the patient prognosis ended up being correct.
