Took my almost 17 year old son who is severaly disabled with Cerebral Palsy/non verbal /non ambulatory. Great experience the staff and dentist were extremely friendly, helpful and informative.
I took my daughter to a previous pediatric dentist and had a horrible experience. I was very nervous, so to say my 6 year old was nervous is an understatement. The assistant Lola was phenomenal, so spunky and friendly it put both my daughter and I at ease instantly. Dr. J swooped right in and explained everything to me quickly, helped me create a plan of action, and after that focused on building trust with my daughter. Elizabeth was very helpful and caring in helping me get an appt. for my daughter's abscessed tooth. My daughter has had severe anxiety in dealing with dentist appointments. Dr. J. took the appropriate care, and his approach made light work of my daughter's anxiety and tooth issue. I could not have asked for a better experience, whole heartedly. Elizabeth and Dr. J. prevented my daughter from having to undergo sedation as suggested by previous dentists. I am wholly great full for their services.
We have been going to Dr. J Pediatric Dentistry for a little over a year, and we have always had great experiences. They are amazing with our kiddos (3 under 3), and recently they have also taken care of our foster kiddo too. I have to shout out Elizabeth for going above and beyond to ensure all my paperwork is filed quickly and correctly so my foster kid can have the dental work done that he needs. She is a pleasure to speak to on phone, and was incredibly helpful. Thank you for everything you do!
