Dr Otheguy was very thorough, professional & explained every aspect of his findings.
Dr. Otheguy has been my urologist for twenty years. He discovered my cancer when three other urologists in the U.S. and Europe could not. The surgery he performed not only extended my life span but also improved my quality of life immensely. He was my hero in 2003, and he is still my hero today in 2023. Although I moved a significant distance from his practice eight years ago, I gladly continue to commute back to him for follow-up treatments. Dr. Ortega is a very kind thorough professional physician. His staff is the same as he. The office is very clean. I would recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Otheguy truly understood the pain I was in and saw I was not handling it well. He was very precise in his explanations and the course of action. Kidney stones are no joke and he made sure the hospitalizations and the surgery went smoothly. The office staff is amazingly friendly and sincere. I hope to never have an issue like that again, but if I do, you are the guy!

Top notch staff from scheduling to arriving, once in Dr. Otheguy sits and takes the time to understand your current situation and has a game plan in place before you leave. Very nice to see a doctor that is not rushed to move on and diagnose their next patient. Highly recommend!
