I rated with 4 stars because the scheduled appointment time is the actual time you are seen, the staff is super efficient and patient-friendly, Dr. Carrillo is professional and an expert at what he is doing, the doctor as well as his staff provide a non-threatening environment (which is critical as far as dentists are concerned), and the office is clean. As a person with dentist phobia", I feel safe and calm (as calm as I can get at a dentist's office:)"
