Staff was very professional and friendly. Dr Joy was timely, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and explained diagnosis.

The Dr was really Ok but he needs to teach his staff to treat the patient there is no courtesy , no empathy , they use the speaker and all of them make fun of the situation that you are explaining and they are not proactive to find a solution , for that reason I will noy recommend the servies and I just change the provider .
I agree with the other poster you will not receive a call back. The 4th time I called I got lucky where his assistant answered the call. After I told them again if I didn't get the tests I sent them -as a list in an email= the clinical trial I was chosen for would have to move forward as they cannot hold it up for 1 person. Did they order the tests? But what do they really care, I'm the one with the disease they just live their lives. No sweat off their back. So I sit here and deteriorate.
Wait for 45 mints,nobody anawer phones or call you back,said my mri looks normal when two other neurologist one of them is ms researcher said that my mris look real bad,say anything about my health
