Thanks to his lack of knowledge regarding codes I was charged $250 dollars by Quest Labs. I called to his office asking for him to recodify and they told me he doesn't like to recodify. The offered me a a letter of necessity instead but it didn't work. his ego ended up costing me $250. The code he originally provided was of an experimental exam....insurance would never cover it.

I go to dr Camayd only when it’s an emergency and I need a prescription. They accept walk-in patients which is very convenient but that dr Camayd is not people friendly at all..he’s just nasty and always in a sour mood.

I had a terrible experience with Dr Camayd, I have been a patient at this faculty’s for over 10 years, they have different doctors available at different times. This time I saw Dr Camayd and I requested to have an FMLA form filled because of my very difficult employer who requires absences to be protected. Well the Dr did not even listen to one word I said because he was huffing and puffing about the form I needed filled out. I told him I did not want to be seen by him and requested another Dr.
