After having the same hygienist for a … decade? Longer? Anyway, I was a little nervous about having someone new. My new hygienist, Tonya, was excellent. She had clearly read my file and had a few clarifying questions and good suggestions. I am grateful the Sagawa office continues to have quality people.
My experience with Dr. Sagawa, all his staff and the hygienist have been outstanding! They are patient, caring, attentive, and wonderful people. The administrative and finance staff are kind and terrific! I feel fortunate that I have them supporting my teeth health! Thank you!
I love how gracious the team is. Dr. Sagawa is a perfectionist and I think that is so important when it comes to people's teeth. I can't say enough about what a perfect job he did with the filling on my front tooth. You can't even tell that there is a filling because it is matched so well in color, and asthetics. Thank you so much for being so particular!!!
