I had a dental emergency and they got me in right away. Dr Sagawa and his dental assistant were both super kind and reassuring. Dr Sagawa makes sure you have good local anesthesia and is totally painless. Can't praise them enough. Their front desk is also very patient, polite and kind. A great experience from someone with a life long terror of dentists. All went perfectly. Thank you Dr Sagawa and staff!
Dr Juan Carlos and Kacia are the absolute best! I used to avoid the dentist because of bad and painful experiences at other clinics, but then I found Kacia and Dr Sagawa! They truly care and take the time to personally get to know you and are so gentle and careful to make your experience a positive one. My mom was visiting from California and got a tooth ache, Sagawa Dentistry accepted our appointment request and repaired my mom's tooth filling, so amazing! They did a fantastic job and made us feel welcomed through the entire process! I would highly recommend their services!
My hygienist Kacia took me in before my scheduled time and met me with enthusiasm. My service was painless and completed quickly to include the exam by Dr Sagawa.
