Dr. Mocega is a great doctor but his call center is impossible to get to to make an appointment on hold for 2 hrs. And it keeps rerouting me and don't answer and hangs up on me they need a way better call center that more attentive to the patients and patients need
Dr. Mocega and Dr. Melanie are great! They see a lot of patients so they are very busy, but still take the time to connect with my kids when they come in. They really make the effort to give quality services. My family is so appreciative of them.
Dr. Mocega is kind and intelligent. Would recommend him one hundred percent.
Wish I could speak highly of this doctor and his office personnel, but unfortunately I'm unable to do so when my children are disregarded and my family walks away without obtaining the level of care that any Sincere and Caring Medical Doctor would provide upon a Parent addressing their concerns. Not only did I experience his level of disregard first hand, which speaks volumes of a Medical Doctor who took an oath to provide Quality Health Care, I've had to address multiple issues over the years!
