The Doctor is attentive and engaged enough but getting a human to answer the phone was so hard. The admin staff at her office are dry, abrupt and unhelpful. I hate dealing with them. I don't care that they've been secretaries for 50+ years, common courtesy is essential. Given the exorbitant amount charged $450+ per appointment, you'd expect better service. At the end I gave up and saw someone else.
Very easy to talk to. I felt like someone was listening, finally.
