Very useless could not solve any health issue I had and always referred me to other specialists with the same title as her. She would ask a question and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence to answer and never had any useful information during my pregnancy she would search it up on Google
Dr. Bonsu was very caring and knowledgeable. She understood what I was saying and listen very closely. She took her time to explain everything so that I could understand it. Dr. Bonsu is very easy to be around and talk to us like she’s your friend and you’ve known her for a long time she just comes off that way and I really look for that and appreciate that my doctor Dr. Bonsu gets a ten in my book
My visit was good. I had to wait a bit longer in the waiting room. But great staff members and Doctors. Overall
Dr Bonsu is the best! A great mix of personal and professional!! Can’t say enough about her! Her assistant Brianna is also great!!??
I have only had two appointments with Dr. Bonsu, but so far my experiences have been great. She comes across as very competent, very gentle, and shows that she actually cares about the her patients. Her staff are friendly and polite. The wait time is about fair as compared to any doctors office. From the time I sign in to the time I actually see her, I don't believe I have waited longer than 20 minutes on either visit. This far I am happy.
Excellent, great visit explains everything in great detail. I feel very comfortable during my examinations with her. I ask alot of questions and don't feel rushed with her answering my question.
Dr. Bonsu is approachable and easy to talk to. I feel comfortable during her visits.
I've been coming to this practice for many years and love the service. Dr. Bonus has a great bedside manner. Love her MA too, Brianna. Wouldn't trade them at all. Hope Dr. Bonus doesn't plan on retiring anytime soon ??
Doc. Joyce is a caring, friendly, and positive OBGYN. She seems to always be in a good mood and cheering patients up. She’s aso very opened to questions and actually looks at you to answer them (I have met to doctors who dis not look at your face to answer a question, but that’s not the case with Doctor Joyce Bonsu). I have been taken care by her in my first pregnancy and I now 38 weeks pregnant. Me and my baby are heathy and I trust Doc. Joyce is watching out for me.
