I was referred to Santa Rosa Mental Health Services IOP. I found this program relies on forcing patients to endure practitioners reading the text from their slide decks to profoundly bored patients in order to access useful group therapy interactions with other patients, 4 days a week for 8 weeks. Outstanding Physician. The care provided by Dr. Edgar during my recent visit was exceptional. Highly recommend Dr. Edgar.
Dr. Chen was the initial oncologist for my uncle who was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Chen's language towards my uncle and myself was very condescending during the appointment. My uncle is not a medically literate person and Dr. Chen was not adjusting his language appropriately for him to understand. He continuously referred to the research material he added to my uncle's visit summary instead of answering questions such as 'what treatment is recommended for my cancer'. There are so many good things I want to say. Dr. Chang has probably one of the best neurosurgeon teams. They took such good care of me before and after my surgery. I’ve been a member of Kaiser for years and for the most part received good care. I recently had a colonoscopy and during the process, I never truly went under so I had to endure the discomfort. The nurse checked on me and when I said I was cramping, he just said to breathe. I’m still dealing with the trauma.
Horrible delivery! Instilled fear in a non- issue. Changed immediately! No compassion.
Went to a Kaiser facility on Sunset Blvd in LA for an ultrasound near the right side base of my penis due to some slight discomfort. Doctor George Adel-meier Abdelsayed, was the urologist who was supposed to be the one who performed the ultrasound. Instead, he brought in a female resident to perform the ultrasound. The female resident was Irene Kay Chen from Wayne State University who performed the ultrasound which injured my penis.
