I am a big baby about the dentist! I explained to Dr. Phillips that some botched childhood dental appointments had left me with a fear of his profession, this is known as Dentophobia. No, really, Google it... Now, I can't say I am 100% cured, but I can say I didn't cry like usual, I wasn't shaking uncontrollably nor did I ever beg to "please, please, please" be put to sleep for my procedure. Unprofessional I was referred to come here after going to the ER for a broken tooth . And was “put on a waiting list” and they never called me back . When I asked if I could still get help they said they called me a week ago which was a lie . They said “they don’t leave voice mails” And told me “it was my fault for not answering random numbers “ I’m going to seek help else where I wouldn’t trust them with any dental work after what happened .
Hands down the best dental office I've ever been to. Ive been going there for 5 years. Always treated with respect and dignity. 10 out 10. Thank you!
I haven't always had the best experience with dentists but Dr. Phillips said his staff are by far the absolute best.
