Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Robinson and his assistants were all very helpful, caring, and so kind. From my first phone call to set up the apt. the Ladys at the front were wonderful and gave me all the information I needed. The Assistant was so kind and Dr. Robinson did a wonderful job. I am so thankful, they all put me at ease. I hope I don't need their help again but would absolutely go back to them if needed.
Root canal is not a term that is warm and friendly! However, Dr. Robinson and his staff are personable and are great at making you less anxious. They explain the procedure well and make sure that you will be pain free. Chair time is kept to a minimum with their efficiency.
Dr. Robinson and his staff are so nice and professional. I had to have a root canal(he did not do first one) retreated and I must say it was a great experience. He explained everything well and his skill with the numbing medication is top notch. The appointment went quickly and again all the staff were very nice. Highly recommend.
Dr Robinson is the best!
We were sent to Dr Robinson for a root canal. His office was very helpful and courteous and got my husband in right away. They placed him on antibiotics medications to deal with the infection before the root canal. When my husband went back Dr Robinson found a large crack in the tooth and told him that if he did the root canal the tooth would just develop another abscess later and recommended that he return to our dentist for extraction. His honesty saved my husband money and future pain.
Dr. Robinson and his staff are fabulous!! They make you feel right at home and as if you've known them forever. They are all super friendly, well organized, and go above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for you. The office is clean and quiet and Dr. Robinson and his staff make you feel like you are their only patient. Dr. Robinson is thourough, has a great bedside manner, and takes his time to explain what's going on and go over your options. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
