My mom has been dealing with spinal issues for the past two plus years. She went from Hershey medical, then over to Philly to see Heller. Heller was great for a good while until now, where my mom desperately needs him, him or his office doesn’t respond. He told my mom to contact her after a specific amount of time. That time has come and for the past three weeks no one has answered my mom. Very disappointed in him.
He's thorough w/ his questions & exam. Also, explained things well. Really took some of the fear out of my upcoming procedure. He's the 3rd neurosurgeon I've been sent to, in order to find someone willing & able to take on my complicated case, Finally. I commend the other neurosurgeons for having enough guts to know their limitations & sending me to Dr. Heller
