I had an excellent experience with the new Doctor and his staff. Asma is very personable and did an excellent job on my cleaning and polishing. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. “B” is professional and friendly making him easy to talk to. Highly recommended!
If this were still Cahoon Family Dental, I’d probably be hovering around a generous 2–3 stars—mostly because communication was… let’s just say it vanished faster than free toothbrushes in the waiting room. Then he retired suddenly which was odd. But, plot twist! Enter Stafford Dentistry like a dental reboot nobody saw coming. I am pleased to report a comfortable, positive experience after Dr. Cahoon transitioned his practice to Dr. Hagar's care. I left today with an understanding that Dr. "B" Hagar and his team are detail oriented, have compassion to explain their work thoroughly and care greatly about being friendly/comfortable to interact with. Was worried a little after Dr Cahoon left but going to Cahoon after he retired has been just as good as before. Everyone is very friendly and knows what they are doing. So far the transition has been smooth
I went in today for a routine cleaning with the new staff. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had. Just going to give some perspective. My last appointment, 6 months ago with the old ownership, I was told I needed a night-guard, I was quoted $1052.00. Being that I am versed in medical coding I knew that was over priced. The price quoted was almost 900% over what insurance states I should pay. If I didn’t know any better I would be paying over a thousand dollars for my night-guard.
