My experience with Dr Grooms was a great one. I was so nervous to get my tooth pulled but he made me very comfortable. The staff was very nice and easy going and made me feel at ease.

With no appointment, I was taken back within 10 minutes of completing the paperwork. The equipment was very up-to-date, as I have never had a panoramic type xray before in a dental office. Everyone on staff was very kind and empathetic. The office was very clean. Dr Grooms was very down-to-earth and comfortable to talk with. Dr. Groom and his staff are awesome! This was the first time having a tooth pulled while awake. I have anxiety issues. I was told everything he was doing prior to doing it and constantly making sure I was o.k. His assistant (I wish I would have got her name) literally held my hand. The staff was very helpful in setting up my appointment. Dr Grooms was very knowledgeable. He is friendly. They are much more than an emergency dental office. Thank you Dr Grooms and staff. Great experience. I will be back.
Never have to wait for an appointment or to be seen the entire staff is the best I have been to Dr.Grooms numerous times and I haven't had to take any kind of pain meds by far this is the least amount of pain I have had at any dental appointments
Dr Grooms was very gentle and caring. I could not have ask for a better experience, getting dental care. The staff was very friendly and caring, not to mention very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Grooms and Simple Dental to anyone needing urgent dental care.
