Dr Pletka thoroughly listens and understands a patient not only for problem presented but includes knowledge and experience to diagnose and treat my surgeries, follow-ups and ongoing issues emanating from a bicycle accident up to and including symptoms unrelated. He ensures I may continue to lead my active lifestyle without unnecessary worry and concerns . What more can a patient ask for? He is patient, approachable and extremely knowledgeable.

First time I went he did a reverse left shoulder. He is the best. Takes time to explain everything. I just saw him again for other shoulder am pleased it wasn’t broken and he did recommend physical therapy. He is caring and absolutely explains everything so you understand what is the process going forward. I wouldn’t go to anyone but him.
