He was an amazing doctor until he had a kid, now he doesn’t return calls, cancels appointments non stop, they don’t even bother calling back after leaving repeated messages. After being a decade long patient counting on someone that’s supposedly a professional I can’t even get a discussion with him about medications I’m on that I feel are harming me more than helping or need adjustment, but he won’t even call back to assist.

Great listener. Explained things thoroughly. His staff challenged my insurance when I got nowhere and I am more hopeful about my future.
Very caring and attentive. The most knowledgeable physician I've ever met with respect to medications and combinations. Always gives me the time that I've needed in each visit. Office staff is always pleasant and professional.
Doctor May is an amazing Psychiatrist. I've been a patient of his for several years now, but I've been being treated for a few mental health issues for over a decade at this point. Dr. May is knowledgeable, caring and really takes the time to listen. He spends extra time with me when I need it and really makes sure you are getting the best care possible. He isn’t the type of doctor that just writes you a medication and sends you on your way. He is there to really help you improve your life. High highly recommend.
Dr. May is amazing. He Is not only brilliant at what he does but so compassionate and kind and provides confident reassurance that you’ll get better. I am so thankful for him.
I had an appointment with Dr. May which he canceled the same day. Went to his office to reschedule and his staff were curt, unprofessional and rude. The next available appointment was a month later. I asked if they could fit me in earlier. She said she would have to check with the doctor and she wasn't going to remove someone else in order to fit me in. I wasn't even suggesting that! I will go to a different doctor.
Very knowledgeable, however he canceled appointments a lot!
