Dr Levinson’s examination of my retina problem was thorough. He explained my visual issues clearly and answered all questions in a manner that made my self care situation comprehensible, easy to adhere to. Follow up visit was explained and dated immediately. Medication order, however, was somewhat delayed at the pharmacy.
Everything on the day of my appointment went smoothly and Dr. Levinson, as usual, was very thorough. I was annoyed to get a rash of automated reminders to make an appointment when I had already done so back in January.
Dr. Levinson is an excellent doctor. He really listens , and he always answers my questions thoughtfully and frankly.
Excellent medical service. Administative very cumbersom. I filled out forms online. Then the same forms when I arrived, and then a second time that no one could explain to me why. Wait time was a lot too.
