Dr. Ordway is very thorough, & polite, He is genuinely concerned with patients well being, staff however isn't. A week before my prescription ran out I tried to get a refill, today on my last pill I find out they wont refill until I see Dr. Ordway. I said thur is the soonest I can see him and asked for a script of 3 pills to bridge me over till then. Staff said no, we are closed thur and wont refill till you see him. Already found a new Dr. with staff who equally prioritizes patients well being.
