Dr. Ordway is not going to funnel you in and out of his office. He is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. He takes the time to sit down and look his patients in the eyes. He allows them to be part of their treatment plan asking for your feedback and what you want. He is focused on your whole and not one single thing, so if you have mental health he is going to address it, if you have an unexplained problem he will trial and error and get to the bottom of it. Dr. Ordway treats us with respect. He is willing to fit us in when we want to be seen. He is informed about current treatments and asks questions to resolve health problems. The positive and encouraging attitude of Dr. Ordway promotes our good mental health also.
I started going to Dr. Ordway about 5 years ago. He has listened to me and has taken the time to help with getting my blood pressure and other health conditions under control.
Very unprofessional. The billing department is a scam.
I had been going to Dr. Ordway for several years, but after a request for a yearly wellness visit so I could get prescription refills and have a check up and getting charged an office visit instead, I had to decide to find a new PCP. Very questionable billing practices. And after questioning it, I was told because I had 3 recurring issues they would still have to charge me another office visit as well as my yearly wellness visit. Since 2013 I go to Dr. Ordway, a good doctor and a wonderful man, but today unfortunately I tried to make an urgent appointment with Dr. When I called the secretary replied and her style of speech was rude and I closed the phone in my face because I asked her to ask the doctor if he could see me for urgent
