We have been with Dr. Horn since we moved to Corpus Christi. Our daughter loves her. She is very patient and thorough. Alway takes the best care of our child. We highly recommend her.
Her office staff is unprofessional. After 6 yrs I'm treated like stranger and so is my child. I had to do my own research and ask Dr Horn a number of questions to find out a simple answer. She does not volunteer information at all. After a recent blunder involving my my child's immunization records, I've decided I'm done with this office. When I communicated that to her, she did not bat an eye. I'll be looking for a Dr who cares about it her patients and whose office treats parents with dignity.
Listens to and addresses parents concerns. Never seems to be trying to rush on to the next patient.
Finally a Doctor who takes time and does not rush through our appointments. A big plus is the fact we see the same Doctor every time we go. Highly recommend!
Took my soon twice in one week ..she kept saying it was allergies bad cough and runny nose...Took him to the ER that night he had croup needed imediate treatment was so congested green flem coming out his eyes ..wow what a dr.
Excellent Doctor who takes the time to listen to the patient/parent.
