Dr Kou is the best! He is very thorough and takes The time to explain things carefully. I am going on the fifth year of my total ankle replacement and everything feels fantastic. I could not have chose a better doctor.
Super cool person! He listened to my entire story about the injury. Checked my X-ray. Took the time to explain what he thought was going on, told me what to do and sent me on my way. Great appointment for sure!

I was scheduled for major reconstructive foot surgery by another podiatrist, but at the last minute, I sought a 2nd opinion as I had major doubts on that surgery with such a prolonged immobility and recovery time, when I have been able to walk 90 minutes a day with intermittent but mild pain. I drove 7 hours round trip to see Dr. Kou and was delighted that he really listened when he asked me to describe what was going on.
