Dr Szwed was caring, kind, well spoken. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my mom’s pacemaker. He made her feel very comfortable and made sure she understood what he was saying. I appreciate Dr Szwed’s calm and professional demeanor. He put both of us at ease.

I felt Dr Szwed could have explained to me more about my Left BBB, what it is and are there any risks in having it and what are the symptoms if getting the other bundle branch block would be. He treated my condition lightly cause he said I had it for ten years and that can't be right cause I've not lived in this area but 5 years.
