I had a breast reduction in Oct of 2025, I purposefully waited 6 weeks to post a review so i had time to really see my results. Dr. Spaniol is an absolutely outstanding plastic surgeon! The best experience I’ve ever had with a plastic surgeon and his nurse, Kimber. Dr. Spaniol is highly intelligent, gentle, patient and thorough. He listened and validated my concerns. Very empathetic as well. His results were fantastic and I couldn’t be happier! His work is impeccable. Will continue to see him for all my plastic surgery needs in the future. Dr. Spaniol has changed my life. I am 6M post op and have never felt better. My posture is better, my back pain is gone, and I am able to wear the clothes that I have and feel good in them. Dr. Spaniol is attentive and listens to my concerns during each appointment. The care team at Monarch is amazing and so special to me. I cannot recommend them enough!
