I had my first visit here recently and it was a great experience. Both the doctor and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
From start to finish just an awesome experience! From the greeting when I first walked in, to clarity of insurance and what is covered. The staff as a whole was world class. We had a fun time even selecting frames (sending pictures to my loved ones lol). The Dr. was very knowledgeable answering every question with thoughtfulness and his care of my nervousness was too notch. I would reccomend them to anyone and I'm certain in the right place. avoid at all costs. Dr insisted on dialating my mothers eyes even though she specifically requested otherwise. was unable to drive herself home but LUCKILY i was with her. Dr Cohen feels he can make decisions for your body without consulting you. debating filing for assault as we speak.
Dr Madrak and his staff couldn't be more friendly, accommodating, courteous and caring. I had several semi-emergencies that were treating almost immediately. Dr. Madrak never made me feel as if I were putting him out and explained in detail(I love detail)everything I asked him. His staff was also very kowlegeable and helpful during my time of need.
