This bad rating is purely due to the dealing of front office. My initial appointment with the Dr. was about 3 months ago when we ordered shoe insert and paid upfront. Then we had to come back again couple of times as the insert was not of proper fit. Now, I called clinic to take follow up and I was told very rudely that I need to call Downtown office. I booked an appointment with Dr. Stern over the phone in mid-Nov for a date in late Dec. At that time I provided my correct contact information. Five weeks later I arrive for my appointment to find out that Dr. Stern was not in the office and my appointment had been cancelled a few weeks earlier. They had tried to contact me at my phone number which they had evidently recorded incorrectly as it was one digit out. I received a simple apology and an offer to rebook, six weeks later in Feb!
