Would not recommend, this office, the dentist is nice, but the billing staff have no clue what they are doing, insurance company pays claims then still charge for procedure and, they have no clue where the cash payment went or where payment from insurance company went! Then when you ask where Insurance payment and cash went the staff becomes very RUDE! I think time to report this office to be investigated for billing practices! He definitely needs new billing staff. Its very sad that his staff is making the dentist look... read more
