I was pregnant and it had been decided my Gall Bladder was failing & needed to be removed after delivery. As soon as I was given a delivery date (scheduled induction) the surgery was scheduled for 6 wks post-partum. After surgery I was still in extreme pain and very sick. Had breast surgery early November. Not a big tumor but cancerous. I now in another state. I can not start my radiation because my breast is still so swollen. I am still bruised. The doctors here are worried why I am having these problems after so long. I liked the doctor. But I didn’t and don’t like how the surgery went.
Dr McDermot had to remove my colon because of CDIF, in 2002, and he saved my life. The best of the best.
Dr. McDermott performed surgery on me over a decade ago and I have been seeing him annually for follow-up checks (colonoscopy) since. My experience is that he is one of the most competent and caring doctors I have ever been too. I would recommend him to everyone.
