I have had 5 Mohs surgeries with Dr. Janik, all of them since entering my 90"s. Dr. Janik is always very concerned and caring. He takes the time to answer all my questions and that goes a long way toward allaying my anxiety over the skin cancer. The people that work with him are all very friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. Janik to family and friends without reservation.
Dr Janik does a fair job with MOHs surgeries, however, he does not have any bedside manner.
Dr Janik was rough and inconsiderate of scaring and left a huge silver dollar size hole on top of my head, where the hair will never grow back. They forgot to take out a deep stitch and i had to go back 2 months later to get it removed after pain. This will stay with me the rest of my life. If only I would have known there are better options out there that allow you to have a plastic surgeon on site to structure the stitches and better match the skin back together at the incision. Beware !!!!
