Receptionist does not have a bedside manners. She is super rude. I called to make an appt and she was not helpful at all, it felt like she was bothered at answering my questions. Please realize that your salary comes from current and potential patients.
I’ve been coming here for a while now, and unfortunately, the wait times are consistently over 90 minutes — every single time. It’s not just me either — friends and family who come here say the same thing. It’s frustrating to plan around an appointment and then wait so long to be seen. Also, the front desk staff always seem overwhelmed or in a bad mood.
