Office staff are rude they keep hanging up the phone and they speak rudely to patients... I been to the hospital and I tell emergency Dr to contact each of my dr's and they confirmed and been several times the neurologist doesn't even go... And I'm applying for disability the Drs writes on the forms well I'm not seeing the patient it's my nurse practitioner my insurance pays his office cause I'm his patient and he and his office staff send me to see the nurse practitioner so he ain't respecting I'm his patient
This office is like pulling teeth, I always show up early and leave always past an hour and a half for something as small as a follow up chat. I leave messages with the staff that need constant call backs to remind them about.
Had to cancel and reschedule my appoint after waiting 1.5 hrs in the examination room. Not even a courtesy “sorry for the wait, the doctor will be with you soon”. We need to start reporting these incidents to the insurance companies so they know about unusual wait times.
