This office is like pulling teeth, I always show up early and leave always past an hour and a half for something as small as a follow up chat. I leave messages with the staff that need constant call backs to remind them about.
Had to cancel and reschedule my appoint after waiting 1.5 hrs in the examination room. Not even a courtesy “sorry for the wait, the doctor will be with you soon”. We need to start reporting these incidents to the insurance companies so they know about unusual wait times.

Receptionist does not have a bedside manners. She is super rude. I called to make an appt and she was not helpful at all, it felt like she was bothered at answering my questions. Please realize that your salary comes from current and potential patients.
