Absolutely Crazy Experience: I called to schedule and he answered and scheduled it himself. When I arrived he was the only one there, the office was in complete disarray, papers with personal information everywhere. He said "Here fill this out"...and after about 10 seconds of waiting he said "What do you want?"...I said "You never gave me a form to fill out"..he said "Ohhh ok, may I have your insurance card?"...I gave it to him, and he gave me someone else's paper work with their SS# on it, so I gave it back to him and fille... read more

He is and awful person. Quite a nasty man
Very very strange person by any means, not to say "very rude and very unprofessional". Now i understand why he called me back and said "I can see you today, in an hour". Was supposed to read the existing reviews (everything is 100% true) before scheduling the appointment. Do a favor for yourself - do not go there!
