Dr. Ojea takes time with you and makes you feel like a person and not just a patient.
Dr Ojea dedicates himself to care for each patient is such a unique way. He is 100% present when meeting with you. He always has other patients but will never make you feel rushed. He is very thorough & knowledgeable. He knows medicine in and out. His staff is extremely caring & Juan will do anything he can to make it easier for you when it comes to the administrative, billing and correspondence with any outside specialists (bloodwork, scans, X-rays, etc). The staff is very friendly, cordial, helpful. I feel the Doctor gives me the impression I am the only patient scheduled that day with him. He isn't in a rush just to get an appointment completed.

I used to go to this dr. but stopped because of the incompetence of the office staff. I guess this has not changed. My mother has repeatedly been told that referrals have been sent into specialists and when she arrives at the specialists office, is turned away as the referral was never received. This happened twice in the last 3 weeks. It’s impossible to get any answers from the office staff either. Sad. My visit was excellent he’s an excellent physician excellent office staff courteous friendly professional.
First, Juan handled all the prep lab requests, imaging, referral, and clearance details quickly and correctly. Juana greeted and checked me in, warmly. Then Dr Ojea examined, explained and advised with friendliness and current expertise, that gave me comfort going into a life changing surgery. Thank you.
He is very thorough, listens and calming. I would recommend him without hesitation.
