Dr. Magnant seems to be an excellent surgeon, fast and efficient. However, ask a lot of questions, before, during and after. Find out what results to expect, have him tell you what veins he will remove, and if there are others that will need further attention. Also ask how long it will take for everything to heal, don't just go by the standard handout they give you. He does a lot of procedures every day, and I'm sure he's an excellent doctor. Dr. Magnant has a monthly lecture for his new patients to help alleviate the anticipation and questions you might have before your procedure. I thoroughly recommend Dr. Magnant and felt better about my pelvic and leg varicose procedure. His staff is wonderful to the patients.

I recently returned from my one-month follow-up ultrasound after having a left iliac vein stent placed by Dr. Magnant at Vein Specialists in Fort Myers. My initial visit with Dr. Magnant was due to persistent left leg pain, ankle pain, and swelling. I was confused because I thought my veins had already been treated, but the symptoms persisted. Dr Magnant is very approachable and answered many questions during his lecture that made me more comfortable and less anxious in getting the procedures done. Lori and Bonnie at the front desk very kind, caring, helpful. The Bonita Springs office is run very proficiently by all the staff. I’m excited to see how my legs look after a few months of healing. Patty in the Fort Myers office also very helpful, patient, and very kind in answering my questions.

My entire process was flawless. That was due to the entire staff. From the receptionist to Dr Magnant. Everyone worked well together. I really liked Dr Magnants personality. He is very laid back & reassures you that everything will be fine. And it was! I would recommend anyone having vein problems to see Dr Magnant at Vein Specialist!

Spent the past year being treated for my familial varicose veins. Both the doctor & his experienced staff were very skilled in treating me one leg at a time with explicit instructions on how to maximize my treatment & healing. Sandy did excellent ultrasounds, Karan worked hard to get me the appropriate appointments & Sharon was outstanding with the various touch ups needed following the major procedures. While I will never have 35-year-old legs, they certainly look terrific for this 67-year-old!
