Dr. Madison did a crown for me in 2012, and at the time everything seemed fine. Until I had to have it completely replaced in 2016. My current dentist said it was the *worse* crown job he had ever seen. In fact he said a "bad" crown would still last 8-10 years, and mine hardly made it 4. When I called about it, they said they would be "happy to replace it for free" which indicated that they knew it should have lasted longer as well.
