Horrible place the receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful. She told us more then once to go downstairs and out of the waiting area, she could not handle any sort of sound even though we weren’t loud at all. The worst place ive ever been too his receptionist has the communication skills of a white board. And is extremely rude. They were running late and we were in the waiting area and she had the audacity to tell us go wait down at the street when we are ready we will call you. They treat you as if you are there for free
We had been recommended Dr Macdessi by friends and I’m very disappointed with my experience. After being asked to provide multiple documents following 2 phone calls with the reception staff, stating exactly what I was after, I promptly submitted everything as requested. My request for a second opinion was then declined with minimal explanation, stating there was “no incremental advantage” and that care should remain with the current provider. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. After waiting seven months for an appointment, we were informed without any prior notice that the doctor would not proceed and could “ not help” despite never having met or assessed my nephew. My nephew has mild autism, and families already face long delays to access appropriate care.
