The staff at PCA are all very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with my checkup with Dr. Van. He came in and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had.
Dr. Van allows a person to express their opinions and questions. He gives you his knowledge without arrogance. He truly listens to you. I am a person with strong health opinions. He sat across from me eye to eye, he did not stand and tower over me and I am short that would be easy to do. His vast knowledge and respect of my opinions gives me confidence he will give me the best medical advice. I left his office feeling better emotionally than I did when I walked in. I would highly recommend him.
