Just saw him today as a new patient after relocating to Paducah, asked questions about family, told me KY doesn't prescribe certain meds only listened to my tummy. Never gave me a chance to speak about my issues, left the room and the PA came back. I asked if he was coming back as I never got to really talk with him. Read Dr. notes and he basically said I was obese, makes you feel good when you just lost 64 lbs after quitting smoking for years. My wife made a appointment. Few weeks back She went to the appointment. She was hoping to speak with the dr.she need to see the dr. and the receptionist at the office there started belittling her about insurance and tell her that dr. Is Not! gonna see you unless you do labs first. and my wife broke down crying. The ladie never cared 1 bit what my wife had to say. Next! very very rude receptionist.
I never saw Dr. Pittard. A staff person from his office called me and she was the most obnoxious medical person I have ever encountered. Glad I found this out before making him my doctor.
He was very nice and respectful. I picked him to be my family physician.
