I switched over to Dr. Lajoie a few years back when my previous family doctor retired. She is one of the few doctors I’ve had that takes the time to listen to my concerns, help me address things that might be attributing to other issues and overall feel better about my health. It’s nice to have a doctor who wants to help you every step of the way rather than throw medication at you and call it a day.
She never rushes you through your appointment and is always asking me how she can help me fix or overcome my health issues. I've never had a doctor spend so much time with me and actually listen to what I have to say rather than just throwing medication at me
She is extremely nice and takes time to listen to you and your problems. The first time I went to her my mother came with me (I was 18), and she was so impressed by Dr. Lajoie that she switched to her as a primary care doctor! Overall she is very kind and comforting.
