Dr. Miner is so knowledgable
Called this office to get help with a mutual patient. The front desk lady was very rude and unhelpful, she finally transferred me to the nurse for Dr. Miner and she was completely unprofessional. She kept cutting me off and wouldn't even let me explain the situation I needed help with. She was dismissive and rude.

I was unhappy with my daughter's experience getting a flu shot. The flu shots were advertised on campus as free. Students were not told that they would be charged. Students were asked for their insurance cards and the insurance was billed. If the claim was not covered by the insurance then the kids were billed. When my daughter mentioned that it was advertised as free they denied that that was the case and she had to pay. I feel like they took advantage of trusting students and should have been upfront with the cost.
