I am a Crohn’s patient. Dr. Jeanette did laparoscopic surgery on my esophagus for Hiatal Hernia, Gerd & Barrett’s esophagus. The doctor explained various aspects before and after my surgery. He is a great surgeon, and followed up with office visits for two years after my surgery to make sure everything was copacetic. If in the future, this lady needs gallbladder surgery he will be my surgeon.
The process was so easy I wish I had it completed long ago.
Though he is a nice enough human being, Dr. Jeanette got some things wrong and my surgery was unsuccessful. I think it's important to leave a review to say not all surgeries are a success so future patients can make informed decisions.

Dr Jeanette was fine as a surgeon, however when an approval was requested from my insurance, it was for a scope... not a lap band removal. No approval was necessary from BCBS for a scope. However, there are strict guidelines regarding where bariatric surgery could be performed. Had the proper approval form been filed, BCBS would have advised that the procedure had to be done at a specific location. The claim was not paid because of where it was performed. He's very sweet. Easy to talk to and very helpful. Gets the work done very easily. Greet you with a smile and handshake lol. Very recommended to see ????
