I think Dr. Kaufman has always been very nice to me and has always tried to figure out how to treat my skin problems. Sometimes I have been late to an appointment due to traffic and there was never a problem to see him. Staff has never been rude to me like other people have complained.
Staff is horrible, the billing office is the worst, they will submit false claims to your insurance, the billing and the payment office don't communicate, Dr. Kaufman only wants to make $ and doesn't care about his patients. He will remove random non cancerous moles and submit for testing just so he can et his billing up. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!
Dr Kaufman is great and is a real professional. His front desk staff needs more training however. A front desk woman interrupted my conversation unceremoniously with a billing person because she wanted to know who left a book in the waiting area. Dr. Kauffman is a very knowledgeable dermatologist. From the onset, he exactly what the problem was. We even had a great conversation. Awesome doctor!!!

Dr. Kauffman has been great, but staff is pretty rude. I called one day 5 minutes before 5pm since I teach. I asked them if I could make an appointment. They said they close as 5pm. I asked them what time it is and she was tremendously rude and said my watch says it is 5:02.
I saw Dr. Kaufman back in 2009 so this is a bit delayed. First off, I arrived about half an hour early for my appointment and ended up waiting an hour. It was bizarre because, at the sign-in desk, there was a jar with a sign that said "Ashes of Our Problem Patients". I thought that was extremely offensive. Anyway, Dr. Kaufman seemed okay and I was just there for an annual check-up. I had cut myself shaving a day or two before my appointment. Without asking ONE question, Dr. Kaufman decided to biposy the scab and, of course, ... read more
Dr. Kaufman is great! He is so considerate and is actually quite funny. He really cares a lot about his patients. He is a great physician...the staff on the other hand is rude and inconsiderate! oh and for some reason he is always behind but well worth the wait.
