I think his name was Dr Smith pulled a molar for me. Can’t speak for the other kinds of services done here or other doctors but Dr Smith was very chill and patient
My appointment (just an exam) was scheduled weeks ahead of time for today (10/02) at 10:45am. I got to the oral surgery department at about 9:45am. They did not call me back into a room until 11:30am, and then they did not begin doing anything until 11:50am. I am unable to drive and very low-income, so I have to take medical transportation to and from any appointments. We had an amazing experience at this office. My 8 year old daughter needed two teeth pulled so we have had two separate visits with Dr. Dalton. I requested nitrous only, and not sedation and he was very supportive and respectful. He is incredibly kind and patient. My daughter was very nervous both times and he remained supportive and never rushed her. I highly recommend Dr. Dalton. His assistant, Shannon was also very patient and sweet. Terrible service wouldn't even schedule consultation or listen they are just looking for insurance cause wouldn't let me pay out of pocket and will be hearing from my lawyers!
Absolute worst, most unprofessional office you could ever deal with. They never answer the phone to start with. I’ve had to call their sister offices many times to be able to talk to anyone at all. The staff is rude and impatient. I saw Dr. Dalton in January, or mainly his two PAs I should say because he passed me off to them and after a brief exam concluded my issues were not severe enough to warrant treatment. He only does total joint replacements for severe cases of TMJD mainly caused by trauma. He did not mention the two... read more
