My father had colon cancer. Dr Chan explained it all including a diagram with what he has and what is needed to be done. He explains the pro and the cons in case they arrise. Dr Chan performed the surgery and such a success. He is kind and takes his time answering questions. So amazing to see doctors that still have professionalism and great bedside manners with older patients. Sue his secretary also a gem along with Joy who we couldn't go through this without her. Thank you to the whole team

This doctor often cancels patient's appointments, when you booked your examination half a year ago, then he notified you he can't do the it after you waited 6 months, how you will feel? If the patient couldn't get diagnosis/treatment timely, there will be serious consequences. So, is this a reasonable doctor? CPSO shouldn't have this kind of thing happens.
Dr Chan is so professional, patient and caring. I had a small surgery. He explained me all the steps with patient. He is a very good surgeon. Im so happy with my experience with him
